I have used Touratech mounts on motorcycles but have sold all of them. They are too easy to get into. I now use Kradlelock! Great product!

Can you use the standard BRP/Garmin center hand handle bar mount or do you have to use a Ram mount?

    Thanks

I use the Phoenix gadget mount, and had a similar one on my 2010 the entire time I had it. I mounted the Garmin locking mount for my GPS to it, and you would have to do a lot of damage to get the GPS off the bike, when it's locked in place - easier to steal the whole bike.

Here's the link to the mount: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Phoenix-iPho...23c1bc&vxp=mtr

Everything I needed was available on FleaBay.

An old thread I know, but, how does the Kradellock mount to the existing Garmin mount that came with the 2015 RT-L.
Thinking about buying one and I'd appreciate any replies.
    Thanks

Go the the Kradellock site, http://www.kradellock.com/, look at the customer pictures and the instructions and it should be very clear. FWIW, here are pictures of what a Zumo 590 looks like on my Tri-Axis bar mount. Installation is a ten minute job at most.

    Default gps lock

Sorry, I should have read through all the posts.
I have a RT Ltd, and use the factory mount, the kradlelock mounts onto that with no problem at all

Right what I needed to know , thanks Ravseren.

    I love this site :-))

Thinking Kradellock over the Touratech, it looks cleaner.
