You may be joking, But .................................. we have done that for the last several years, sometime you have to bring your own mixer (sprite or diet cola etc) if you don't like ours but the bar will be well stocked and we have never run dry.

Should be coming in a couple of weeks, i am sure that it will be posted when you can register (the couple of weeks comment is pure speculation on my part).

anyway, the longer it takes them to get my registration money, the longer it will sit and draw that .001 percent interest

I have been asked to be the Guest Host at The Best Western Plus (Coach House) for Spyderfest 2015 (I accepted immediately), Not sure who our Mogang Partners at this hotel will be yet.

This is one of 4 Host Hotels

The entire hotel will be made up of Spyderfest people.

All Rooms are on the ground floor

Free Full Breakfast is included

Pets are welcome (some restrictions)

Remodeled in 2012

UPDATE: I spoke with the Hotel Mgr and there is ample parking for vehicles that are towing a trailer.

Dates Are April 29th through May May 3rd, 2015, RATES ARE $79.00 Per Night for Double Queen or Single King.

Additional rates for pets or suites can be had by calling the hotel.

Thanks to Len, Vanessa, Lamont, the entire Mogang Group and anyone else involved for getting this info out early so we can all plan ahead.

I am tasked with coming up with some entertainment for three evenings to keep our group happy. PLEASE send me some ideas so we can plan ahead.
