Likewise, no problems here either. Gave some advice, but like you said, sometimes we never hear back about the conclusion.

I posted about my rear caliper, rear tire , and front tire issues. I also posted about how all were handled.
I agree that those who post about problems should also post about the outcome as well.

I bought a 2014 RTS this year and posted questions about the Bluetooth communication system.
Finless Bob was a great deal of help.
I also put in new HID headlights, and posted questions on that install.
Doc-Riverside was of enormous help there.
I posted questions about the incredibly unreliable Windshield Control Arm and potential upgrades to this piece that often fails.
noboot was of great help in getting those issues resolved.
And of course Ron (rnet) was very helpful giving me a laser alignment, Spyderpops bump skid and RonLinks within one week of taking delivery.
If I forgot anyone, please forgive me.
