You can go, but the stopping is not so great, as well as dodging the trucks, SUV's, etc.

    Default Winter Idea

Perhaps BRP can make Ski Attachements for the Spyder.. then you folks with the solid rain problems could still scooter around?? J/K I can definitely understand grumbling about not being able to ryde.

BRP does have the product....it's call a ski-doo.............I think I need to move south as I like the warm temps all year around (I'm obviously misplaced in Minnesnowta)!

    Default Sad Sad Day

Sad day indeed Jim. I am just glad that I do not live in the cold part of the state known as Woodberry

Trying to decide if Kathy and I want to ride up to Mora on Saturday to try on new helmets or take the car. Kathy said she did not know if she wanted to be that cold for that long(4 hour round trip). Forecast is for rain and a high of 38 so she may have a point.
I may just follow your lead and clean it tomorrow night and park it for the winter

Hope you have a mild winter. You have a lot of space in that garage -- wish I had some extra room! You have a great bike! I had a 2012 RT Limited b4 trading it in on the 2014. Our 2012 RT Limited was very reliable and we really liked it!

Put mine away last week with a tankful of non ethanol fuel, battery tender, and some mothballs under the cover.

Last couple of winters I had put way too many hours of operation on it! Hope it's a mild winter this year!

Does it have a "Bump Skid" and was it "Laser Aligned" ??

    Default It Had To Happen

Looked at the weather for Mora for Saturday and looks like a high of 32 with snow falling in the morning, and as Jim said the highs in the 20's next week.
Looking at that I gave the Spyder it's last bath of this season tonight. I will add Stabil Sunday and make sure the tank is topped off, and put the battery tender on.
Since I have a heated garage I do not need to do more than that plus I will be doing some farkling this winter?

Hope all of you had a great year and let's hope for an early spring! After the last two years in Minnesnowta, we need a mild winter and early spring!

It is actually in my basement, like to keep it close to work on things during the winter monthsand my outdoor garage/shed is snowed in and not heated! Luckily I never had any issues with gas smell. Yes I love my 2012, it has been a very good ride!Yes hoping anyone in a snowy region has a mild and short winter!

I have 2 large rubber corks that I plug up the exhaust with. Also have 3 large aluminum foil turkey pans that I have under the wheels to avoid salty water from the suv side of the garage from attacking the tires.
