That was a promising reverse trike but they went out of business when the economy took a crap. It also has a strong resemblance to the Harley Davidson Penster reverse trike which was never produced. The Penster was a leaning design but the Tri-Rod wasn't.

saw it awhile ago but then read the articles date. Like mentioned it didn't make it to production. Good looking and reminds me of those downhill drifting trikes just backwards...
