Buying a 2011 RS SE5, what to look for
As many of you know my 09 kicked the bucket 2 months ago, i am looking to buy a 2011 1 owner with 8700 miles, i test rode it and seems fine but i'm no expert, what do i need to watch for? He just did all the recalls, including the power steering pump, it has a corbin seat and bar risers, seems to be bone stock and if i buy it that is the way its going to stay.
$11500 sounds right?
Thanks guys and girls!!

Little checking..!!
you can run the vin# at a dealer and see if all the recalls have been done...I know he said they were but there is no steering pump. Otherwise you have seen it ryden it so have the upper hand on us. Does sound good...

Thinks out loud
Unsure and buying used?
If you are unsure, but honestly interested. Make the seller an offer and an earnest money deposit. If, he agrees to split the cost to have a BRP tech of your choosing go over the unit. Including a BUD's and service history check. jm2c

This is a motorcycle dealer, i have bought bikes from them before and he stands behind his bikes , even the used ones, he is a good guy in my book, he sells Triumph, A prilia Motoguzzi and Ducati, he also has my old spyder (in pieces)

Great deal
I traded my 2011 RTS SE5 for 2014. Svc Mgr called a friend who came in next day and bought it for $15000.00. It had 7500 miles on it. Ran great. Only problem I had was throttle body. But after replacement and download took care of problem. No other problems. Sounds like a great deal.
