    Default cat bypass

anyone know what the honda part number is for new exhaust gaskets? I found on another thread it was 18392-MAM-000 but these were to small for my st limited. Is there another part number? I ordered new gaskets from pitbull with the cat bypass but one was damaged in shipping and was hoping to find a quick replacement instead of waiting for pitbull to re ship me the gasket. Am dying to get the cat bypass on.

Do the factory gaskets get destroyed taking it off?

I don't know how you would get them out without destroying them. They are jammed in there pretty good.

    I found this...

"No, it is for the 2008-2012 GS/RS (upper) y-pipe gaskets. There is no Honda equivalent for the muffler gasket or the gaskets on other models. They have to be purchased from BRP."

Thanks for letting me know. Looks like I'll have to wait until pitbull sends the replacement. Might try my local dealer but so far they have not kept much in stock for our bikes.

    Default Well..!!

that is the part number for the pre 13's but they must have changed to another size with the cat addition.. Best call around to dealers with any luck you could find one. If the good one you got or if the damaged one is measurable you could run it by a honda shop and match one up...

I managed to dig one of the old ones out. Still looks to be ok. Hopefully it won't leak. Keeping my fingers crossed. Probably should have just waited for the new one to get here but just couldn't stand seeing the new y pipe sitting on the work bench.
