    Default Flickering Lights and Gauges

I have a 2010 RT SE5 that was running fine. Due to the weather haven't been able to ride for about 5 days. I finally was going to get to ride and when I put the key in the ignition, the display started flashing and the gauges were jumping around. Thought it might be a weak battery so hooked up the tender to it and when it showed a green light, tried it again with the same results.
Anyone have any ideas on what the problem/fix is?

Need to try a regular Battery charger. If the battery is low the tender won't do much.

a loose connection...check battery terminals and ground connections. Next would be the battery..could be holding a surface charge only. Don't know how old it is...

I greatly appreciate everyone's thoughts and inputs but I just haven't had the time to check for loose connections. Thanks again.

I had this problem, but I also had the LED light flickering when I switched off. Found out after much deliberation that the problem was on the battery connections either side of the seat and also the brake lights switch was faulty, Good luck and ride safe!
