Sure ... all you have to do is buy a 2014........ Seriously, i doubt it.. all the transmission interface is designed for completely different engine

Anything is possible. But--is it going to be worth it in the long run?

Not sure if your talking mechanical or not--but--guessing you mean changing transmissions. I would think there are a lot of mechanical obstacles that would be expensive to overcome.

A swap from any year to a new 2014 would be the easier way--IMO of course.

to put an SE6 on a 2008-2013 engine, you'd have your first problems with getting it to fit right....the 1330, I'm sure has a different interface than the V-Twin. Second, would be the computer...you'd have to program everything by yourself as BRP hasn't done, or at least made public, the research. So basically it's pretty much impossible, unless you are able to fabricate everything and are a genious at programing BUDS.

They are not like cars. The transmission is not "bolted" to the motor. For it to work the se6 gear set would need to fit into the se5 case.
At this point assume it's very unlikely.
Now, you can put a 6 speed Aprilia gear set in the SM. It takes some modding but does work. You lose reverse.
