KewlMetal
Has anyone dealt with KewlMetal?
Have contacted them twice trough their Contact Us form on their website in the last week. Trying to find out shipping information and prices to Canada for their KewlMetal Kewlock pair and have not heard back from them yet.
Are they still in business?

They make good products but are slow on responses. Try calling them on the phone.

I've tried contacting them 4 times by phone and 3 times by e-mail to purchase their handlebar helmet locks in black and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED...
I had used their products on my 08 GS several years ago and liked them...

I Email'd them last week and this week regarding adapters for Pegs, no answer as well.
Sounds as they went underground

Take a peek at a Harley forum, and do a search for their name...

Good to know they are the same for you guys in the USA as we have had the same problem with them here in Aust. Amongst other things I have purchased from them was extended throttle and clutch cables ... the chrome fittings on those cables now have a lot of surface rust which says to me that it was cheap and nasty chrome work.

Hi JT,
Thanks, yes, i do know about the "under the seat" helmet locks.
I don't really like them and the hassle of lifting the seat.
I saw the KewlMetal helmet locks on another Spyder and loved them.
BTW , I still have not heard back from them, 3 months later. Not very reassuring.
Even if they ever do respond back, chances are most likely i wont buy from them at this point. will keep looking and hopefully find from a different vendor.
Every other sponsor i ever contacted on SpyderLovers has always responded back to me in timely matters.

Do you know which models?

Which models of SpYder have this feature? As I have always left my hemet resting on my left mirror, unattended. I thought that was the norm. It could be used as a weapon. So it must be left outside.
