    Cable or Electronic? I cannot remember. I want to say 2013 is when the Electronic was released.

    RS 2012 still push pull cable operated. 2013 became fly by wire....

    And yes, 2013 RS's have the electric throttle. Yet another reason I opted for a 2012!
