Hmmm... not a lot of info or pics... No year and although it states "Top of the line" it is an RT-S and not a LT. Year and tranny would break the question if the price is right.
Only way to know is to contact the seller if someone is interested.

4 years ago, someone in Seattle listed a used 2008 GS for less than 10K which was a red flag right there. I contacted the seller and he sent more pics, but when I told him I had a friend in the area that could go look at it, he never responded back and the ad was gone.

Someone in San Fracisco tried to sell me one at an extremely low price about a year ago. When I told her that I would be right over with my trailer and cash she disappeared. Never heard from her again? Was it a scam? Probably...

They say 2010, pictures show SE5. Mileage mentioned 5400. About
$4K to $5K undervalued IMO. Perhaps a bit to good to be true.

    Be careful out there.

You have to at least check it out if you are close. Could just be someone who needs to get rid of it. I picked up my 2011 RTS from a dealer with 3800 miles in October at a very good price. It could be like people selling the trailers for a song. They don't know what they an get.

Craigslist is a little safer than eBay has long has you don't send ANY money not even a deposit.

If you're interested in a deal that sounds to good to be true, first ask for vin and do check online or ask your dealer to run it. Then insist on face to face deal, if they come up with excuses like I'm traveling and give you the run a round then just walk away.

I got a great deal on a silent guitar for my son that first looked like a scam, hence very few people contacted them. Did face to face, turns out just needed cash fast so they where liquidating stuff. Just be carful where you meet, always pick a populated area and take a friend with you.

It's very rare but sometimes great deals do come up, just use your common sense.

I bought mine for a CL add. Bottom line if you can make contact, go see it, etc... it's not a scam. But I would also run the VIN and title to make sure it is clear.

    Default Good deal!

The seller is a BMW Dealership and they took in on trade and just want to sell it quick. I contacted them and the sslesman was very nice. He told me to come and take it for a ride. He told me where it was purchased and that it was serviced there and it was taken very good care of. If I wasn't so damn disabled I'd fly out and ride it home to Ohio. Deals don't come like that everyday. Sometimes you just need to jump into the game instead of watching and jawing from the fence.

    Default RT-S in Seattle

Just clicked on the link and it's been deleted. So either a scam or it's been sold.

So THAT MAKES SENSE! The dealership wanted to get rid of it because of the complaints from bmw owners who purchased from them seeing a Spyder on the lot!
