2013 Rt oil change

can someone tell me what the torque spec is for the bolts that hold the oil filter cap on cant find that in the book . I know it has a oring so iam thinking it should not be real tight. Also what is the 2013-9 update for Is there a site where one can look up the updates for the 2013 rt!

Just hand tight. Too much and you strip the threads or snap the bolt as well as the next time they are a bear to get off. I snug them up and add half a turn. Even the shop manual dosen't say but there is a torque spec's page in reference to bolt types and corresponding torques...
