3000 miles break in maintenance done what did it cost?
I am about 900 miles from having 3000 miles on my 2014 RT SE6 Limited, so was wondering who has had it done and what did it cost.

We will find out on the 11th. We're currently in Tampa with slightly over 1,200 miles.going to Key West from here. Then up the Atlantic Coast. From there we go to Orlando and eventually back to Iowa by the 5th. Just took possession last Sunday. Made the appointment for the weekend after we get home. Hope the snow is gone by then!
Was 79 here today.

I talked to my dealer Saturday and was told about $300.00 with synthetic oil.

I was told about $245 which included, I think, the Blended oil. Much less if you do your own oil/filter change. Also, if you look at the list it includes a lot of "check" items such as throttle operation, etc, which I feel capable of doing myself. In fact, you do them every time you ride. Therefore, my 3000 will be limited to actual mechanical adjustments, if any, and Buds update, if any. Fortunately I know the techs well enough they won't add on BS items. I may have them do my Amsoil if I'm not feeling up to it.

I am about 350 miles away myself. Guess our minds think alike, I was going to post this exact same question. Don't forget to get the tech to sign in the owners manual for the break in service. There is a page in there dedicated to the break in service for the tech to sign.

Somebody should PM BikerDoc... He's probably almost ready for his second round of oil changes!

That's ballpark about what most have paid for the previous 600 mile break-in service or oil change service. Myself included.
