I'm thinking of going but won't make a decision until mid-May. I live in Buckeye, AZ.

Typically some vendors show up in and around town but not at the event itself.

We will be going from Phoenix, but not sure what route. Will get in touch if we're headed that direction. Have a room, but how did you register for the event itself? That seems to be an issue for us - gotta be missing something simple!

Spyderpops will be there, Squared Away Laser Alignments will be there and I would put money on Tric-LED being there.

I am also planning to go to Durango from Phoenix - went two years and it was a great trip and BRP put on a great event. I was planning to stay at my house in Heber - Overgaard over night and then drive to Phoenix.

It would sure be nice to see a schedule or something. I was buying my Spyder last time the event was in Durango, so couldn't go. I'll be there this year, but would really like to know what is planned and when. Any thoughts? Am I just missing something?

Communications has never been one of BRP's strengths. This has been brought up to them countless times.

If it is anything like past years, they will have some group rides that you can do but will also have maps and directions to go "on your own", Also a catered dinner Thursday evening and again Friday lunch. Their is lots of time for "meet and greet", sales tent for BRP products, Spyder show that you can enter for awards, and attendance prizes! All in all a good time not to mentioned some Vendors which will be located elsewhere!

They usually have a nearby dealer represented at the event who can provide OEM parts and accessories.
