New BRP Sport Rear Fender - Installed
I installed the new BRP Sport Rear Fender yesterday.
The installation was pretty easy, instructions were terrible IMHO. The box included the fender, Right cover to shield the Disk brake, Left cover to cover the belt, and a small bag that included screws along with Licence Plate light extension. I left the lower belt cover on and it fit pretty well. I did trim a small 1"x1" piece from it and needed longer Screws to go through the 2 shields to the speed nuts.
I know there are others who already installed but I thought some more pics might be helpful.....It really looks better in-person.

Also, the licence plate bracket has side and rear reflectors that I've left off for now. I'll try to find some red reflectors and stick on more discretely. The Bracket is universal and is larger than my Alberta motorcycle plate.
Not everyone will like this look but the included side shields make it look cleaned up.
Enjoy the Spring.

I was just looking in BRP's catalog last evening, and I wondered how that would look... GREAT!!

Alright! Got rid of that lobster tail. Somehow the brp tail tidy still looks weird.
I did the ninja fender mod and added my mudflap mod to that mod.

I agree, maybe it grows on you? It looks like a dirt bike fender.

So can you just purchase the belt & brake guard separate from the number plate bracket?
Or do they only sell it as a complete kit?

Nice! It definitely looks much better than the stock fender.
I find it interesting that when purchasing a new Spyder, the sport fender is a $299 option, while buying it separately is $299. I'm assuming when you purchase a new Spyder with the option, they don't give you the stock fender to sell on eBay.

I would go with the Stock fender on initial purchase -But after about 20,000 Miles you Will Need a replacement OR New stock parts?
