Default Today is "Add farkle day"

A friend and I are going to install a bump skid, belt tensioner, belt protector, and Baharons sway bar with his links on my 2013 RT Ltd. Then I hope to have the 2013-9 upgrade done next week or so.
    Stay tuned.

    Default Bump Skid

Not true. The pegs won't interfere with installing the bump skid.

I had both the NVB pegs AND bumpskid on my 2012 RT Limited - NO problem.....can NOT speak for 2013/2014.

    Default Farkle update

Got it all installed except the bump-skid plate....ran out of time and am having some issues with getting holes to line up. Maybe we should read the instructions.
More to follow...Love the way in hadles with the new sway-bar.

Not much in the way of pics as these farkles went mostly inside. If you look close the belt tensioner is visable under the trike.

The covers are stock that came with the RT Limited and the tensioner is from Baker Built. I have not noticed a difference yet but I have
not had the out on the freeway either. Might do that later today. It was easy to install but a little expensive in my opinion.

Default Spyder Maintenance Bulletin 2013-9 Upgrade installed

I got the maintenance bulletin upgrade install today. Seems to me that I have more power at the throttle and my fuel mileage increased as well. I went from around 23-25 miles per gallon to 34-35 miles a gallon. Bike use to shut off often during stops or during idling. Does do that anymore since I upgraded. The coming out of the right side vent is the same. Will post further results as time passes by. Oh....I also has the 4600 mile maintenance done. It cost me $269.23. Seem expensive if you have to spend this amount every 4600 miles or so. What you guys and gals thinks.
