    We got our welcome packet today 14 months after we purchased our 2012 RT Limited.

    They can be slow--but yours took a LONG time. One more "little thing" that BRP could work on. IMO.

    I purchased my 2012 RT more then 15 month ago, still checking the mail and nothing. They should use FedEx or UPS they don't need to walk it all the way to California.

    Good to here you got yours. Now you can register on BRP 's web site. Hope you get the activeaction email. I never did, so I can't post anything on their web site, no biggie. I was told the only way to get one is if your dealer sends in your info. Maybe some dealers just forget about doing it. Take care Len and Karen. Russ and Linda.

    Bought on 12/30 and got it today. Looks like they are trying to catch up. I'd say if you bought before end of year and don't have yours, call and ask.
