    Default Finally my 2014 Spyder RTS Cognac has arrived

    Got word that my 2014 RTS Cognac has arrived at my new dealer in Henderson, NC and is assembled and ready to be picked up.

    Now I need to figure out when to go get it as it has been single digit weather today and tomorrow. Saturday it is supposed to be in the high 50's so that is looking like the best day.

    Don't know how I am going to be able to sleep the next few nights though!

    Heck I am in trouble. Still waiting for the call to say mine is at the dealer, then I have to wait for it to get built.

    Congrats Shawn. Looking forward to your ryde reports. I know you will put the '14 through it's paces and report it like it is. Hope the weather cooperates so you can get your new baby soon.

    on the new ryde. Waiting is very hard once the present has arrived and is waiting to be picked up for the ryde home.

    It is starting to look like Cognac is the color of choice this year.

    Decided I couldn't wait until Saturday so I am going tomorrow (friday) instead. Actually my 8 year old son has a basketball game so needed to reschedule. Since it will be in the 20's in the morning looks like I will be trailering the STS down and the RTS back home but hope to do some driving of it tomorrow as it will be up to 50 degrees!

    Yes several cups of coffee will be consumed. It is a little over 3 hours each way. Better than the 8 hours each way going to Ingles last year when I got the STS.

    Before the 2014 I had a 2011 RT S SE-5, I also purchased it down at Central Florida Power Sports. I have all my service done over in Alabama at Gulf Shores Power Sports on Highway 59. I will not use the local dealership in Pensacola, feel free to PM me if you have any more questions
