    Unhappy front shocks

Is there a bulletin on front shock replacement? My ST-L slight pull right, dealer said tire pressure, corrected but did not change, has had ball joints replaced
    Thanks Larry

    Default Don't know..!!

about bulletins or recalls on shocks. There were at some point on some years but not sure. What you should do next is get the laser alignment and if your current dealer is at a loss try another. Do know that some who went to elka shocks and fox shocks did solve similar problems. Good luck..!!

The dealer should have checked the steering sensor calibration after the ball joints were replaced, but if not, that is the first thing that should be checked if the vehicle pulls one direction or another. If there is unequal tire wear across the tread of a single tire, it would pay to look for additional suspension damage or worn parts. Beyond that, an Outlaw (Rolo) laser alignment would be money well spent...and a good laser alignment technician can probably address the pulling to one side if it remains following teh alignment.
