About a week before Thanksgiving I ordered a LED American flag light from
Tricled. I received the shipping notice the same day.
The next day I got this email from them.

Dear Jerry Meinhardt,
TricLed just sent you a partial refund of $30.00 USD for your purchase.
If you have any questions about this refund, please contact TricLed.
This refund will appear on your credit card statement as credit from
PAYPAL *TRICLED.COM. If you have any questions, please contact TricLed.

Apparently this item was going to be on there black Friday sale list.
They gave me the discount even though I had ordered it before the sale.
That is great business and service.

I received the LED light in 3 days and during the install one of the
wires became detached from the Flag. I called and talked to Reggie and
said I would need to order another LED flag light, He said to send a
picture of the wire and flag. I took a picture and sent it to them,
fully expecting that I would have to pay for another flag. About 2 hours
later I received the following e-mail from Tricled.

Re: L. E. D flag
Hi Jerry, we apologize to the trouble with led flag. A new one will be
sent out to you tomorrow.

The new light came in 3 days later on Dec 6. I am installing it today.

KUDOS to Tricled.
This company is an example of what a quality first class business should
be. It is refreshing to see a vendor with such outstanding customer
service and Integrity. I highly reccomend supporting Tricled for their
outstanding products and more important their superior commitment to
customer satisfaction.

I ordered their RT turn signal light today. It shipped the same day
ordered.

It will be the last Farkle.

Jerry I have had similar, incredible customer service from Reggy Tan aka TricLED.....he gets a huge .. (he will be at Spyderfest...just sayin'...his line is always LONG)... Oh yea just a warning...stay away from his Vietnamese coffee or Cuban coffee...highly addictive!!!!!

Reggie Does AMAZING WORK and is as Honest and the word means, I don't trusty anyone else but Reggie to work on my toys, even though he gives me a hard time (all out of fun)

Bob, just attached pics of run and brake light, just drilled one hole for the wire to enter top case at one end of the led.

Reggie is the best. He has set me up with lights for my 09 rs, 2011 RTS , and if I get the triple RTS I will be heading to Reggie's and have him work his magic again.

Tricled is great. I rode with someone who has ALL the Tricled bells and whistled a few weeks ago, and loved them . . . I just installed the RT turn signals and think they are great . . . the brake lights are next.

"For a while" you are probably right. After all Spyderfest is just around the bend.
