Thanks.

Hit us with the questions. They are not out on the road yet, but there is a lot of pre-introduction information out here.

More or less, yes.

There aren't a lot of deals to be had on 2014's right now as they're pre-orders. Once they've been sitting in the showrooms for months you'll find more dealers ready to make you a bargain deal.
There ARE some great deals to be found on 2013's right now. For example, before the end of the month there's some nice rebates, double warranty and decent financing offers. I've been hearing many people getting deals of $5000-7000 off sticker.

I have no experience in that area, but I'm sure others will chime in.
I know many will recommend you travel to a far away dealer to get a great deal... and as much as I love Len and his folk I have to chime in a little.
If you buy a Spyder from another dealer and then return to your home dealer with the expectation to service your Spyder you might be a bit disappointed in how that works out. Many dealers will be less than thrilled with your snubbing them like that. Someone else gets to make the sale, bumping that dealership up... while they get the less-profitable recall work etc which does nothing for their sales figures nor maintains their platinum or whichever status.
Shop around... and let your local dealer know you're shopping around before travelling to another dealer.
Now, if your local dealer just sucks (some do...) Call Len He will give you a great deal and will impress the heck outta ya and the ride home from Springfield, MO on your new Spyder will just be icing on the cake.

Everyone is somewhat biased about their own dealers--unless they have had a bad experience. I am one of those that recommend checking local first. There have been many nightmare postings about people that purchased a from far away. Then, they have issues with it, and the local dealer gives the customer the cold shoulder and does little or nothing to fix the
There seem to be no rules enforced to get warranty service from an authorized dealer. Its kind of up to them how they are going to treat you.
Like any other big ticket item--you have to do your homework to see if you are getting the best price. There are good prices and not so. The customer usually gets what they pay for though. There is a reason some dealers are cheaper than others. Most times it has to do with how good they are on service. The dealer who takes your money and sends you out the door never to see you or your again--has nothing to lose.

My local dealer has always treated me extreamely well. He will tell you up front, "I take care of the people that buy from me First". And I don't blame him. I have heard many stories of someone going a hundred to two hundred miles past a dealer to save a couple of hundred (or less)dollars. Then these same people expect to move to the front of the line for any problems they may have. How much money do they really save going back to where they bought for sevices?
Happy Spyderlovers

As much as I like Len and consider him a friend, I would try your local dealers before heading out far to Springfield, MO. I know he will treat you well, but there are a few dealers that are as good as Pitbull Powersports. Trust your gut, and look for local references before you decide. If you feel that you can travel all that way for a good deal, go for it! BUT... if you are not much of a hands on person (and if this is your first motorcycle or even first experience), you might want to consider dealing with your nearest dealer provided that you have made your research about it.
Decisions, decisions...
May all your encounters with the law begin with the words: "nice trike!".[/B]

The local dealer in OKC is Jones Offroad. I've been happy with how they treated me so far. Cody is the primary Spyder tech and I've got no complaints about what he's worked on with my ST-S. The only glitch I had with the bike was from the factory (missing clutch over-ride switch). Once Cody and Ron in Parts got the info from Can-Am they got it taken care of. I haven't seen much other traffic from other OKC owners here on the Spyderlovers about Jones Offroad though.
