I really like this idea. If you do decide to make an up-loadable drawing, could you please let me (personally that is, if it's not a big trouble) and all of us know where it is so we could do the same for our Spyders?

    Thanks.

    Default arm rests

Nice job!I am intersted in making some myself.Would it be possible to get a good list of the actual materials you used, such as thickness of the base plate, were those rivets or bolts used to put it together? Oh heck maybe you should start making them and selling them. Just a thought.

FANTASTIC idea. Looks like another winter farkel for me and a cheap one to boot. I do believe I can tunnel through the plastic and then seal it afterwards. I love this idea and already have the chair. Thanks for the idea my friend.

my wife has tried it on for size and so have a few of the coworkers and i think from their smiles that they did not have any issues getting in or out the arms are so sturdy some grabbed hold and pushed on them to get off. they are just like desk chairs very solid.

and i am making a drawing to scale that i think anyone can use

I scored a couple of armrests from a chair at work that broke, even though it was fairly new.

I'd be very interested in the drawing of your plate. I sent a PM.

Thanks in advance for your help.
