My shop manual lists it as a 10w bulb; no other specs mentioned for it. Good luck.

Just ordered a couple from my dealer.

    Default Here's what you do..!!

take the bulb to the auto parts store. They will match it up. Can't remember the number but I know they have them for under a buck...!!

it takes a little digging through the schematics, but you can find any OEM part number you need at www.cheapcycleparts.com search by your make model and year, and they'll have the OEM schematics ready on the site.

Probably is some other issue, but I didn't have a whole lot of luck with that bulb either. Too much vibration for the bulb filament to last very long. Recommend trying to mod to LED light or I've heard someone manufactures an LED bulb that fits in the socket, but couldn't find them in the semi-small town I live in.

Lots of banging around going on with that particular light. When I had this issue one of the things I was considering was using a couple LED plate bolt lights. So then if the stock bulb breaks again, you still have the two bolt LEDs.

I dont think adding LEDs to that particular circuit would bother the nanny. Someone correct me if Im wrong please.
