CAN-AM SPYDER RT CHROME TRUNK DEFLECTOR by CUSTOM WORLD INTL 25-3350

I'm thinking about getting one to transport my 5 pound dog...i mean INSIDE his pet palace carrier. I was not planning on bungee cording the dog to the rack! (LOL)

    good idea? bad idea?

    Default Kinda nice..!!

seems to me it's a bit massive. If done in round stock with a more see through pattern would not take so much away from the roadster. Jmo but the way it mounts leveling with the backrest is cool...!!

Dan take a look at Diamond R's trunk rack a buddy has one on his RT and I'm pretty sure it would hold a small dog carrier.

Tinks ride 004.jpgWe keep our four pound pooch in a carrier that the Missus keeps around her waist. I'd be a bit leery about hanging the poor thing out back in the breeze with little or no protection...

I think I'm going to re-think this...if something happened to Whiskey (my 3 1/2 pound lfriend) I would just...die. Thans for the feedback. I really appreciate it.

Default We use the Kuryakyn Pet Palace on the Spyder

We have used the Kuryakyn Pet Palace for a long time. We sell a few of them every year. Our Havanese is 14 lbs and has been riding on every bike we own for the last 4 Summers.
When Teresa has him on the Spyder he is usually in the Pet Palace behind her on the passenger seat.
We have a couple of times had him up top on the Custom World Rack on our Spyder that was referred to in the earlier post.
When using that Rack I use a couple of ty wraps on the front bottom then the straps. He loves it, usually has his head and a portion of two front legs out. He is leashed in from two short leashes one from each side.
