    Default Ride to Rock out Alzheimers

    If you are interested, this ride is well worth your time and effort. September 7, 2013 at St. Josephs of the Pines in Southern Pines, N.C. Registration begins at 7:30am with a made to order breakfast. Kick stands up at 9:30am for the ride followed by a catered prime rib luncheon all for a minimum donation of $30.00 for one or two rider per bike. For more information the contact is Nathan Summers at 910-246-3002 and the web site is http://www.sjp.org We went last year and were very impressed and it is a cause that hits home to many of us. Hope to see Spyders there in force.

    This is one we keep on the calendar, Missed last year due to work, but we plan to attend. You're so right, for a motorcycle ride, this one is a class act.... catered prime rib in a air-conditioned Dinnning Hall

    Cool. I'm thinking of going to this one. I've ridden in several escorted rides, and they have all been great. I rode in a non-escorted ride 2 weeks ago, and it was good, but kind of disorganized. Certainly helps when cops can block off the traffic.

    I should I read your post more closely and not gone by Motorcyclelife.net. it had kickstands up at 10:45....we rode over around 10:00 to an empty parking lot : (

    That's not right! I also read that they leave at 10:45.

    I was planning to go, but the wife came down with a bad cold. Just didn't feel like making the 2 hour trip.

    If we would have gone, we would have missed it as well.
