    Default KUTTAWA HARVEST FEST / BBQ ON BARKLEY / SPYDER RIDE HAS BEEN CHANGED

    NO BBQ ON BARKLEY OR HARVEST FEST

    I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT THERE HAVE BEEN SOME MAJOR CHANGES TO THE KUTTAWA HARVEST FEST /     BBQ ON BARKLEY.. I HAD A MEMBER HERE SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE SAYING THAT THE BBQ FEST WAS GONNA BE IN SEPT THIS YEAR.. WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO?? AFTER DOING SOME CHECKING ON THE WEB, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE SAME DATES THAT THIS PERSON HAD GIVEN ME.. (MY STOMACH WENT INTO MY THROAT) I CALLED THE MAYOR OF KUTTAWA AN ASKED HIM ABOUT THIS AN HE CONFIRMED IT.. I ASKED WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE CHANGES MADE AN WHY IT WAS CHANGED FROM THE FIRST WEEKEND OF OCT.. HE SAID THAT HE DIDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT BEING THAT THIS WAS THE FIRST YEAR THAT WE WAS GONNA BE INVOLVED..

    WE WILL STILL HAVE THE RIDE ON THE 1ST WEEKEND IN OCT AS PLANED AN I AM BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD TO FIGURE OUT SOME OTHER TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT.. ALL DOOR PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN OUT ON SAT NIGHT..

    IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL PLEASE POST HERE AN I TO WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE LIST ON THE OTHER THREAD.. I APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE..

    Only problem is all the motel reservations an I am sure that some people have put in for vacation time at work.. I am just gonna go with what I have...

    We are coming back this year to see friends and meet new ones!

    Had a great time last year. Spyderryders are very good at entertaining themselves.

    I'll still be there for the original dates. I wasn't going for the extra festivities anyway. Glad you're keeping the original dates as I put in for a vacation day and can't really change it. I go to visit with friends and make new ones. Thanks for all you do for this event.

    I also go down for the after Ryde parties and listening to all the new stories and some of the past. Everyone at the Marina last year can recall this one............WooooooHoooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

    Anyone!

    Keep the dates, they will come.
