Can someone post a picture of a Spyder with the Tupperware off? I want to see where the areas of high heat are. Can Spyderlovers collectively offer suggestions to BRP for managing and correcting the heat problem?
Obviously we have the exhaust pipes, radiator and catalytic converter (sp) and engine case.
We use a fan to force air across the radiator when still and pressurized air when moving.
We use pipe tape and heat barriers.
We use aftermarket air dams and diverters to some degree of success.
We see boiling gas and evaporative canisters.
Would a separate engine compartment fan help?
Does air flow when moving create a positive and negative air pressure in the engine compartment to draw heat away?
Let the creative minds of Spyderlovers come together!
Please bear with me. I am not an expert at anything. I'm just throwing this out in light of the heat issues.

CyncySpyder has a bunch of pics under his profile. Here's one:

There have been several on the forum who have successfully solved their heat issues with various purchased or home made mods, myself included. Not sure where that would go with BRP. For every person who says they have a heat issue, another says they don't. I read posts about excessive heat, then see pictures of folks riding in shorts, so hard to say what may come of such a collection, but couldn't hurt.

Obviously from the pictures, you have a lot of heat generating devices in a small space. Would/should a future platform redesign be in order to perhaps route exhaust pipes outside the engine compartment? Is that one exhaust pipe going under the fuel tank??!!
