    Default Arizona Trail?

    Howdy, Y'all.

I am planning a 22-day motorcycle camping trip through the western and central U.S. in July & August.

I will overnight in Flagstaff at Ft. Tuthill July 28 - 30.

I see on the Arizona state highway map a route called, "Arizona Trail" from Flagstaff to just South of the Grand Canyon. My question is: Is this a road which a Spyder Rt and a Harley Ultra Classic can safely travel? Or should I stay on US 89, AZ 64, and US 180?

If it is gravel or sand, I will stay off the Arizona Trail.

    Thanks for helping.

it looks like it's a hiking trail that extends from Mexico to Utah.

    Default Arizona Trail

Thanks very much. The "Trail" is definitely for hiking -- not ryding.
