I have given them more them enough time and calls to fixthis issue….

I had a bad experience, my system stopped working after acouple weeks I email Shark Audio back and forth a couple time and they agreedto swap it out.

They have had it a couple months will not return emails orphone messages I am out the system and the money.

They have a “C” rating with the BBB in Brooklyn New York ( Isee why )!!

I am post negative feed to all motorcycle forums I can find.

I don't sell these things but......I bought one 3 yrs ago and LOVE mine........It could be the selling agent that's the problem here not necessarily the product....When I made my purchase on-line thru E-Bay it didn't come from either one of the names you mentioned........Mike

Yes, been there done that on my last bike. They actually sent me a cheaper model than the one I bought, I called and complained and they sent me a replacement... a different and even cheaper model than the first. I sent it backed and they have never sent me a replacement. I called them and told them I was turning it over to the consumer protection division and my lawyer. That got the manager on the phone that then argued with me saying that I had to make up my mind! I told him I would not argue and would let the system deal with and he started swearing at me. So..... click. I will never get my radio but I have lodged a complaint for consumer fraud. Se la vie lol
