Default Just ordered my BajaRon Anti-Sway Bar!

After reading reviews on BajaRon's anti-sway bar, I placed my order. I will be installing on my 2012 RT.....

Hopefully the install will go smoothly!

A 2" long piece of 2x4 will hold the frunk just far enough out to change the bar. Make sure you center the bar.

Use the old bar to set the spacing of the stop callers. I used the box that the new bar came in to draw a traceing off the old bar. The distance from the ends to the stop callers inside dim. I think the spacing was 12 1/2 in. Good luck. Bob

I used a Trolley jack under the "Very Front' of the trunk bottom and a few pumps and it lifts and moves the trunk away enough from the Bar .

Thanks to BajaRon for providing a SUPER product and GREAT detailed installation instructions!

The install went VERY smooth (less than 2 hours)

Now when it stops raining, I will go for a test run!

Thanks to all the members for the info and support....

OK....Did the install last Friday (as mentioned in a previous post)...

Finally got to try out today....Worth the $ and install time....

The RT rides much more stable now....Takes curves with very little effort!

    Thanks Ron!

    Default Anti-Sway Bar Installation

Most of the replies in regard to the installation of "The Bar" have mentioned lifting the RT using either an ATV jack or a floor jack...I think simple and just drove the up on some car ramps, set the parking brake and then blocked the rear wheel. I DID use a short 2x4 to hold the frunk out of the way during the install...

BTW...The car ramp thing will work to install the "BumpSkid" too!

    Oh boy, MORE farkling.....

    Just my 2 cents worth!

I did the same thing. Drove the up on car ramps and went to town. VERY EASY! You will be very pleased with the results. I had my bar for over a week before I had the time to do the install. Finally did it this morning. Like the others said, two hours to do the job and that includes several breaks for coffee and one phone call.
Good luck and enjoy the improvement.
