Memorial Day Rides
Unlike Veterans Day, which honors ALL Veterans, TODAY is the time for those of us that RETURNED from war (along with the rest of the Nation) to HONOR and REMEMBER those that have NOT RETURNED. For many, few are the days that are NOT a Memorial Day.
Take time out from your gathering, RIDING, feasting, or just resting, to remember the many over the centuries that have given ALL for our freedom to enjoy this day upon this land. Even the Indian Nations that have lost much to the settlement of this land by others have many Warriors to honor on this day.

My dad fought on Iwoa Jima and Sipan. All gave some. Some gave all.

Re: Memorial Day Rides
My uncle lost an arm at the landing at Normandy. I remember him sitting me down years ago and telling the entire story. It is nothing short of heroic. Without men like this, we would not have the freedom to ride a Spyder, or enjoy all of the other things that we take for granted.
