    I was hoping there would be more pictures posted on SL rather than Facebook. I am not a facebooker, and am guessing that there are still a few like me when it comes to Facebook.

    I have some good news and some bad news. First the good news, the winner in GS modified(Hindle muffler) topped out at 99mph. in the 1/4 mile. The bad news is, (are you ready for it?) It wasn't yellow.

    Not exactly (unless he did it in another run). This was the run for the trophy. As you can see I've got the yellow copy...

    There will be pics. I'm only 4 hours away and I haven't had time to put my vids or pics up yet. Several folks will be on the road for another day or two or more. It'll be awhile before we see a lot of what happened at this year's event. Personally, I can't wait to see what TicketBait video taped. He was busy this year!!!

    Diann and I went and had a great time. Our grandchildren live in the Springfield area so we had them come over to the "Spyder Races". I took several short videos using Vine. I am linking this to YouTube. I also took many photos which I have just started processing. It was a great experience and we will be going again.

    it was a great evening

    I think the fastest runs were done by those of us trying to follow Lyn from Pitbull to the race track....
