Default Bajaron swaybar on a 2012 RT

Will fitting Bajarons swaybar to a 2012RT make the handling significantly better?
Reading the forum it clearly does on earlier machines but BRP have apparently improved things already. Thanks

The original prototype test I did on the new swaybar last Sept was done on a 2012 RT Ltd and the results are fully documented in this thread:

    http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/s...T-Anti-SwayBar

While BRP did improve the RT shocks after 2010, they never changed the Swaybar at all from 2010 to 2012, the same bar is used for all 3 years.

The 2013 models are substantially changed.

I had just shy of 4,500 mi on my 2012 Limited when I had the swaybar installed.

IMHO, the change is significant. Great bang for the buck.

2010 RT with Elkas and "RonBar" in place; All Systems go! Best and most worthwhile changes that I made to the bike!

There is no question that the RonBar is one of the best performance mods I have made. I have about 400 miles on it since install, and it's really changed the complexion of the ride. It's entirely more stable, flat through the turns, and sure footed.

The only other mod I felt as strongly about were the Elkas. Having both makes a major difference in handling, tracking, etc.

I just need Len's suspension mod, and I might be done with the front end for a while.

Oh wait, I need the wheels and fenders too,...

Oh, and HID's,... Isn't this fun?!!!

    Default BajaRon Sway Bar

We installed the sway bar with about 6000 miles on a 2012 RT. Best $200 I've ever spent on a motorcycle! In my opinion it very significantly improved both riding pleasure and safety. Made the RT much more relaxing to ride in wind and when meeting trucks in high wind as well as making the curves very fun!

The term, "LenBrackets" is strictly my own peculiar shorthand... Kind of like, "RonBar".

Quick, delete your post. I am getting ready to buy a "Ronbar", and don't want him to raise his price.
