Cell carriers sell now a device that you can access the internet thru their carrier, that is what a hotspot is. It can become a issue if you don't have unlimitted data and get many users logged into that particular hotspot. iPhones and iPads with 4G/LTE capability can be setup as hotspots if the owner has it setup like this thru their carrier.

I will check with my carrier (At&T), as to what the cost might be, I know I don't have unlimited, think it's something like 2 gb, My ipad runs off go 3g or wifi, so unless there is a hotspot

AT&T killed the unlimitted plans unless you were grandfathered from 2008. I used to have it but then I wanted to hotspot my iPhone and they would not let me with an unlimitted plan so I had to change plans (now we have a shared 10gig plan) which is nice. I think with 10GB you might get 4-6 but want to look closely since you are doing it for several days.

We will only feel like we are in a water tank if a storm comes in and drenches us,
then we will move our school to PitBull Powersports, inside where there is a roof and wifi

However if it's for charity we will sit for softballs to dunk Bob in a water tank ...
