That was a cool and informative little blog. I work at a truck assembly plant and our assembly process is much like theirs but on a much larger scale. A great portion of a truck is made of sub-assemblies made in other areas of the plant or brought in from other facilities or manufacturers that get bolted onto the frame. Of course, the trucks don't have the WOW factor that my Spyder has.
