There is the waterside in edge water nj.It's on the Hudson river, overlooking Manhattan. and in the early evening we can watch the dinner cruise boats go by, nice view of the GW bridge and the city is lit up beautifully in the evening. They have outdoor seating for dining and an outdoor bar and night club. This place is perfect for our needs and if we do a tuesday or weds i am sure we'd be pretty much alone. I would love to do a group ride to little italy in nyc if we have any interest a friend of mine owns 5 restaurants there . lots of sights to see walking around and shopping. there is also the chart house on the water...

Ok just spend the last 4 hours digging out my Spyder from winter storage, GPS loaded with address all ready to role. Weather says it will be a cold morning ride down, see you all there.
Eleven NJ Spyder Owners met yesterday at a central NJ diner to chat, eat, share and ride. It was a great day -- warm with a blue sky -- with great fellowship. Here are two pics of the group.
Burg650's fully loaded GS was, as always, a wonder to see. He has more lights on that bike than I have ever seen. He also has the most unusual seat on a Spyder. It was good to see him walking and participating after a long convalescence.
Thanks Ken for the complements, yes it's great to be mobile again and able to ride my spyder. I lost all of last years riding and some awesome events due to my accident but as all can see I ride again. It was great to meet up with past riders and meet some new ones as well even thou it was a bit cold at 30 degrees when I left my house in the morning, here are a few photo I took myself.
