    NEW EASY INSTALLATION

    1. Remove Flange Nut A in Photo 1.
    2a- Take assembled stabilizer kit and install with grooved side of bracket towards tire.
    b- Make sure grove in bracket fits over flange of Spyder Air Spring Bracket as is in Photo 3.
    3. Reinstall Flange Nut and Tighten Securely ( See Photo 4)

    4a. Pull Down Front End of Pulley Assembly Bracket and Install Belt Pulley
    b. The Two nuts on belt pulley bolt needs to be adjusted so that pulley is centered over center of belt
    (See photo 5)
    TIGHTHEN ALL BOLTS SECURELY

    I would rather see steel used instead of aluminum; and whats to keep the roller piece thats attached to the main bar with a single bolt from slipping?

    We chose aluminum because it is much easier to machine grove, also the aluminum will never rust and 6061 is very corrosion resistant.
    The Bolt that holds pulley is fully threaded and has a nut to hold pulley in place.. see photo

    We dont have any figures at this time, but I am sure that belt tension can be reduced to some degree. I will be doing some research on my own Spyder RT
