    Default Fantastic Day for riding

What a great day for a ride today in NJ. Sunny and not a cloud in the sky, 52 degrees. Awesome.

Put the thermal liners in the mesh jacket and mesh pants, through on the new gloves to break them in and rode for like 3 hours. Was toasty all around and never used the heated grips.

I'm finding the fall, winter, spring months much more enjoyable to ride than the heat of summer. Totally re-thinking the winter gear for now. I'm wondering how low the temps need to get before that needs to happen.

The spyder was perfect as usual!

Of course my daughter just informed me we might get snow tomorrow..

Where are you NJ guys? Lets ride

Default Great here in Ohio too

About 1 I glanced at the computer and the weather gadget said 48. That settled it - the rest of this stuff can wait. Took off for about 3 hours made a few stops to window shop and just had a ball. Actually ran one new road that I hadn't been on before. Count it as good day as they're calling for snow overnight here and a high of 38 tomorrow. Guess I'll be staying in.

    Ride safe,
    Curt

Tomorrow ain't looking too good right now...
We'll get just enough slop on the roads that the Town crews will salt the out of it...
Once that crap is on the road, my bike is parked until we get enough rain to wash all of it off!

Love winter riding! No snow here in western washington yet, but when I left my house this mornin it was 28deg. I was grinnin ear to ear as the bike just wouldnt track straight on the shiny roads. You know its gonna be a fun ride when you have to use a lighter to melt the ice enough to get your key to fit into the ignition.

It's here... Rain and sleet today; we've only got an inch or so on the ground, but with what they do the the roads... we're probably done for the season!

Hey Bob, you could always become a "snowbird" and come South to Fl for the winter months. Then you can ride all winter! Dale

I'm trying to figure out somewhere about in the middle for when I dump this house and business...
Florida itself is just a bit too warm for me in the summer!
