    Default BRP Customer Satisfaction Survey

    Starting at the end of the month each Spyder owner will be contacted by BRP for a "Customer Satisfaction Survey". This will take place over the next few months so I hope that all of you that have a Spyder on order will be riding by then so you can give some good feedback. If you really like something or you have a beef this will be the time to let BRP know, they do care. These are not telemarketers trying to sell you something. Make sure you tell them about SpyderLovers.com too.

    I already received a customer satisfaction survey but it was mostly in reference to the selling dealer. Will this one be different?

    How long after you took delivery?

    Took delivery 12/1/07. Got the survey call in March.

    Neither did I.....but then again I don't answer any calls that appear to be from telemarketers...so who knows ?

    I had a phone survey about a month after I got #593 and another this weekend. It takes about 10 minutes and you get a chance at $1K. The most interesting question was would I be interested in a "crusier" style Spyder. :hot: :a18: :2cool: :hot: :bigthumbsup: :a18: :2cool: :hot:

    I did the on line survey at the BRP Spyder Ryder site and got entered for the 1K of Spyder so maybe they won't call. I just had my husband go on line and answer the survey but he was unable, it said the survey had reached the max number of respondents.
    With Christ all things are possible, so live life with no fears and no worries.

    mine was a phone call. gave it good remarks for the spyder itself but less than satisifed with other things.

    My biggest complaint would be about the dealer. I didn't like the jacking up of the price after I took a chance with a non-refundable $1000 deposit 10 months in advance.

    I had taken a chance like this once before with the "Corbin" Merlin Roadster, "reverse" trike, and lost my "refundable" $1000 when they disappeared in the night. It turns out they had just purchased the right to use the Corbin name and otherwise had no connection with Corbin. As far as I know, everyone (over 1000 people) lost their $1K deposit in the disappearing act.

    I was definitely worried that this might be the same bunch, legally using the Can Am name just as they did Corbin's name.

    Picked up my Spyder at the beginning of Feb. Got a survey call, but I don't remember how long after. The online survery at the BRP website was entirely different questions. :bigthumbsup:
