"Hawkeye" used to be one of my fave character in MASH.
Disappointing now to see that name used in a parasitic context by our clamping brothers.

thats another tip from the spyderlovers
you should always have a complete spare wheel on board - if you visit a state like this - (adventures-tours)
Outlander fairing - Fox-shock - BajaRon Swaybar - Hankook tire/ back - 165/50 Imperial tires front & longer front shocks - GIVI Topase - Shad sidecases -heated grips - new seats

Not the kind of "hometown welcome" I would like to see for you guys. Sorry! Hope you don't hold it against us! Lamont looks pretty amused by it in the pictures, so was Harvey twice as amused?

we all went to eat and the parking was around back a block in a lot with numbers in each space....$5.00 per space to park...Spyderpops,Terri, Lamont & Jerry thought it was free on weekends...free = $105per space...

The boot!
Ouch! Hawkeye Parking Enforcement looks like a private company, do they work for the city of Dallas or do they just patrol their own parking lots?

It's the out of state plates that did it. I like the very professional uniform the guy writing the tickets is wearing. What a crock of compost. Was there any kind of sign posted advising the parking rules?

When each parking spot is numbered, there is usually a metal box on a pole with a correlating number on little mini boxes (like the P.O. boxes at the Post Office). You take the money and push it through a slot with the same number on it and you are good to go.
I am sorry though, that this happened in my hometown.

2013 Spyder ST gets the boot!
There was a sign but, someone was given bad info.. They were all troopers about not letting it ruin their good time though.
The price to unboot the bikes was a bit ridiculous however!
It's not like they were there for all day
Silver lining... No one had to wait until Tuesday to get it removed.
