I believe Florida does have a lemon law. When I had my problem with alignment, I found plenty of Lemon Law lawyers here in Miami. Check online.

The wife and I just got back from Biketoberfest and it was really crowded at the racetrack
and Destination Daytona. We got to demo a 2012 Goldwing trike but couldn't find the
Spyders anywhere so didn't get to check them out, but the Goldwing trike was fantastic.
The guys at CSC just let us take it out by ourselves as long as we wanted, we gave it a good test
ride and was very impressed with everything about it!

True, and even a perfectly stored battery in brand new condition will lose charge over time with nothing connected.

Still, I can leave my Spyder for several months, no battery tender, no nothing, with a 3 year old battery and it starts every time. So if you consider the spectrum between my Spyder and Dave's there is definitely something wrong with one of them.

There is something wrong with yours Ron. It holds a charge way too long.
