Last speeding ticket I got I was using the same setup and he didn't say anything about it. My guess is they can but will they.

Do you swap your headphones between your XM and the Lowrance for MP3s or do you have them coupled together somehow? Thanks.

Lived in San Diego (El Cajon) for most of my life and never had a problem.

I have the MP3 jack right next to my XM so if I want I can pull it out and stick it in there. I hardly ever use the MP3 after I got the XM
