Owners Meet 2013
OK, so now I'm retired and I'm ready to go. Spyderfest is Ozark, MO and I'm going. So tell me where the owners meet is for 2013 and I'll be there. I have 48 states and 2 Provinces under my belt so if it's within 25000 miles of ND, AK or the other 8 or 9 Provinces. (some of my Canadian friends say there is a new Province) I'll be there!

2013 Can-Am Roadster Owner Event
They really need to plan this further in advance so they can announce it the first couple weeks of January. This is ridiculous. Not everyone is retired and can drive clear across the country at the drop of a hat. Some people still have jobs and thus have to get their employers approval to get the time off. And the request can't conflict with other people's requests. The longer they wait the less people will be able to come!

Patience grasshoppers. If they're going to have it they should announce it around mid February.

Doesn't matter to me what State they put it in, so long as it is not deep south. That would put it out of range for use mid western Canadian who love to head down to the USA for an event like this.
The Canadian one is way far east every year, rather go down to the USA. Better shopping

and another week goes by without any announcement. Guess I'll just put my vacation request in on monday and pray it lines up, and that its close enough I can make it.

Curious as to what this year's owner's event will be like? Come to Spyderfest U.S. in Springfield/ Ozark, MO. and you'll have a good idea.

i sure wish they would let the cat out of the bag and tell us where the owner event is .. it may be to late for me to get vacation time since the dates may be taken already...even a definite date would help...

I cant go to Spyderfest this year. My sister is getting married that same week. I swear shes doing it on purpose. Been with the guy for years and she waits until spyderfest to tie the knot. That leaves only maybe the owners event and maybe spyders in the redwoods that I'll maybe be able to attend.

I don't care WHERE - I just need to know WHEN
Many SpyderLovers have to book their vacation time in advance. At least if I knew when it was being held, I could book the time off. I prefer something Northeast this time (VT, NH, CT. MN) but these Spyders could rYde anywhere. It's been a while since it was in Canada. Maybe time for Quebec again or perhaps the Maritimes (NS or PEI)

I think it would make sense to alternate BOTH SpYderfest and the Owners Event.
One year East Coast for Owners event and West coast for SpYderfest. The following year ;
West coast for Owners Event & East coast for SpYderfest.
That way there would always be long trip if you want it and relatively close if you don't. You could always do BOTH as well. Don't forget that Canada has 2 Coasts too! (To throw into the mix)

Unless you can move Missouri I don't think Spyderfest is going to move. Remember Spyderfest is a Mogang Spyderlover event for Spyder lovers.
I would have loved to known where the BRP event is this year before making my vacation plans for the year. I won't be going this year.
