The 1330 does not use spark plug wires. No he will not be producing a set of plug wires to install something the factory did not.
Those small conductors in the photo are simple power connections for the coil, a part of the harness, not separately replaceable and are good for the life of the bike. Not a service item. Spark plug wires carry the high voltage from the coil to the plug. They break down with age due to the ozone generated and heat and the loss of insulation properties that causes. Intended to be replaced as a service item. The 1330 does not have these components.
" Thankyou "......Mike

So, can you retrofit the coil packs to earlier models since we are asking stupid questions here?

A couple of numbers jc didn't throw at you that may help explain further. The primary coil voltage is the system voltage, most likely, which is 12 volts. Since all the firing signals come from the computer it could be more, or less, but I'm sure it's probably 12 volts. It doesn't take much insulation, electrically speaking, to keep 12 volts contained in the wire. The insulation can break down with age and heat, but generally speaking 12 volt wires are trouble free. The spark plug wires of pre-'14 models carry something on the order of 10,000 to 30,000+ volts to create the spark across the spark plug contacts. The insulation required to keep 30,000 volts contained is a whole 'nuther animal. Spark plug wires are also the source of radio interfering electromagnetic pulses and so the wire is designed to suppress those. Those wires can fail much more quickly, hence the market for improved and replacement wires. The '14 design eliminates the spark plug wire (the subject of this thread) by having a very short highly insulated wire from the coil to the plug by putting the coil right on top of the plug.
The initial response to your first question assumed you knew spark plug wires are specialized wires and that that was the focus of this thread. And you probably know what happens when you assume. You make an 'ass' out 'u' and 'me'.
