Where's Randy??
Question(s): How many PE RTs were built, and how are they marked so that we'd know what they are?

There was a premier edition offering when the first 2008's came out. I believe it was supposed to be 1500 only--but they made about 2500 or more.
There was also a premier edition offering when the first RT's came out in 2010.
If something "new" is going to happen in 2013 they may also offer a premier edition.
It would be interesting to see how many premier edition owners are on board Spyderlovers.
If you will post your model and premier edition number, I will compile the information spreadsheet style and come up with a magic listing for everyone's information. Ask that you use the following format:
I will go first:
2010 RTS premier edition #474: akspyderman
2010 RT-S Premier Edition #0004

Here's the deal on the 2008 GS Premiere numbering:
When they were doing the early demos they said they were only going to make 1,500. They were going so fast they upped the number to 2,500 by mid or early 2007.
They actually only produced around 2750 PE Spyders.. can't remember the actual number-- it's out here somewhere. The problem was that they skipped numbers in production and to have them match the VIN's --- they did end up with numbers up in the 3,500 range. Dealer demo bikes with the PE # on them were not counted towards 'real' PE bikes.
It was a nightmare to say the least and upset many owners.
