New owner questions!

Ok, have called the dealership about the foam - the owner didn't think there was any type of foam used in the packing, "but I wouldn't really know, that's not my job to unpack them". Oy, vey! So, have talked to the gentleman who does that and wants me to bring it out- DH is now talking to them to push for them to drive out to us with a trailer. We shall see how that goes!! He did say that there is a thin white foam used in packing, but it "should have all been removed" before delivery. Life is fun!!!

Boy, do I just love how some men discount what you have to say as a woman...grrrr...guess what! There is white foam packing material underneath the instrument panel. Not their fault if course - someone at the factory must have left it on during assembly. So, they have to take her apart and see what all is going on and where it is coming from. Thanks for the push - helped me to feel not so dumb when I had to insist the dealership look at it!
