That 58 - 65 mph range, smooth as silk. Now, just hoping they can find what's causing mine to shake the mirrors off!!
Let us know if all your concerns finally get fixed by the Dealer & BRP.

It has been my experience that the vibration seems to be more on the electronic shift than the manual shift. But different from bike to bike. Just my opinion.

new update on the vibration, this has been from the start when new.
It would start around 52-53 mph & as the speed increased so did the
vives. At 70 -72 you could feel the belt as if it wanted to come apart.
Also i know of another new one that has the belt against the outer side
of the pulley that vibrates as well. When the guy pushed the lineup bar
through the holes it hit solid on the right side. When looking into this
you would only see half on the 3/4 " bar. That is a lot of misalinement.
Also there is a radius rod on the front of the engine that you will need
to disconect one end so you can do the ainement then readjust it so
as to bolt it back on. Makes you wonder how many 2012 RTs have been
    sent out this way.

I took a real good look at my Drive Belt & Front Drive Pulley today. I have a little over 2000 miles on the odameter now. Exactly as you described in an earlier post is happening with my Spyder. The outer edge of the Drive Belt is riding up on the outside edge of the Drive Pulley due to Engine misalignment. I can see a wear pattern forming on the inside outer edge of the Drive Belt 1/4" inch in width. Which also just about matches the distance the Drive Belt inside edge is from the Drive Belt Pulley inside edge. I have had this problem since the Spyder was bought brand new as well. What really ticks me off though, is I asked my Dealer to check the Drive Belt alignment and Tension at my 600 mile service. Which incidentally is listed as one of the items to be checked on a 600 mile service. Naturally they said everything was fine as I paid them $447.00 dollars for the 600 mile service.
spyder stryder thank you again for sharing your input with those of us who have complained about the Drive Belt vibration flapping problem.

Got a 2010 RTS Limited rear front fenders shake between 45 and 60 mph. Dealer put new tires on still the same. I have 3000 miles on the bike and it has been doing that when first got it. Taking back to dealer again. Heard pros and cons about the belt tensioner. It's also quite pricey. BRP is certainly no help. Getting pretty disgusted with it. It also set it the shop for 3 months but thats another story. Talking to people from BRP is useless. They like to sell but that's the end.
