"Clicking" in the front when brakes are applied
I got the RT back from the 600 mile service on Friday. Saturday when I went for a short ride, I noticed a "clicking" sound coming from the front wheel area when I applied the brake. If I release, and reapply, I do not hear the same sound, but if I ride for a bit, then apply, it comes back. Just one click, like maybe the calipers are shifting. I also hear the same click if I back the spyder into the garage, just as the front wheels go over the bump onto the garage floor.
I looked around, but couldn't find anything loose... any thoughts?

It is normal. It has something to do with the ABS brakes. All of ours have done it. The RTs are louder than my wife's GS.

Even when backing up? no brakes applied?

No, that's a different issue. I'd look at the front wheels to see if a cotter key for the suspension is interfering with the wheel weights...common problem. Just bend the tab a little more for clearance. If the noise is in the back, look for a rock in the belt.
