I requested the day off so hopefully I will be able to go as well. What route are you all planning on taking so I can see where to hook up with everyone.

I didn't see a time that you are planning on for this event.

I won't be working that day. So add one or two more. Maybe having our granddaughter riding with us. Have a family reunion in Waller that afternoon also so we probably won't be able to stay long.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice ... in practice, however, that's just a theory.

I'm SOOOO sorry to hear that you're getting some degree of runaround. It just doesn't seem right.
The rest of the CO trip (CO, UT, NM, AZ) was a blast ... 2950 miles and lots of gorgeous scenery.

Just a chance to get together and talk spyders and have some good food. If you plan to attend please let us know so we can let the restaurant know a rough idea of how many to expect. See you then.
Hope this will allow more people to attend.

Need to update times for meet up to 9:00 and head out by 9:30 to make sure we make it there in time, running up 90 might take longer than 2 hrs. Meeting place will remain the same.

Twain, the south side riders can meet up at the Sonic in Dayton, that shows to be where 90 and 146 come together in Dayton, about 10:15, and complete the ride from there.

Looks like a good group heading to Beaumont, still looking for a few who want to go to Lake Charles after lunch for a couple of hours of table games or the one arm bandits. Should be able to make it back to town before dark, unless we get lucky.

Twain, should be at the Sonics in Dayton by about 10:15, which is just past where 1960 meets 90, so see y'all there.

Ray--Great meet/eat event today! Enjoyed meeting some of the Golden Triangle Spyder riders. I think everybody from our area made it back safe and sound...at least I hope so. Not sure about the folks that went on to Lake Charles though. We got a little rain as you know in Beaumont on the way back and had a couple of more showers on the way back. Really helped cool things off. Nice to see Cheryl again.
Look forward to the next one.

I think Greg understated the rain a little bit, this was one time I was thankful for the nanny, kept the spyder from slipping completely sideways in the freeway. We finally had to stop at an underpass because of the amount of water on the freeway, and then went on. Like to have froze in the casino but still had a good time. What a great turn out for lunch, good food and a great group, look forward to doing it again.
